I grew up in a small town right outside of Greenville, South Carolina and got my undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Clemson University. I graduated from VCOM – Carolinas Campus in Spartanburg, SC. Outside of medicine, I enjoy cuddling with my cat Millicent, watching trashy reality tv, and listening to punk/rock music. I chose Gateway because it is a community-focused program that is continually growing and offering more and more learning opportunities. Everyone I’ve met has been incredibly kind and welcoming. This is truly a remarkable program that prioritizes resident education and I feel very lucky to be a part of it!
