Dr. Fritschle received a B.A. degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of North Carolina.  She completed medical school at the University of Florida. She completed general psychiatry residency at Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), and completed a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Brown University and MUSC.

Dr. Fritschle has worked in a hospital outpatient clinic setting, residential treatment setting, and has been in private practice.

Dr. Fritschle is board-certified in General Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. She is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and is currently serving on the AACAP rural psychiatry committee.

Dr. Fritschle enjoys spending time with her family, swimming, and being a volunteer boxing coach.
